Chicken farm worker (Germany)

This job is available for those, who are located in Poland or EU, ONLY!

We are recruiting men.

Requirements: a valid Polish (or European) visa (at least 2 months left), age between 20 - 50 years old, no addiction to alcohol.

Schedule: 12 hours a day from Mon to Sat, two shifts.

The farm is located in 70 km from Bremen (Germany), engaging in cultivation and transportation of live chickens - not slaughter.

Duties: loading live chickens, compiling the boxes with chickens, loading trucks, maintenance of equipment, cleaning, other tasks.

On-site training and adaptation, legal employment by Polish company.

Living conditions: accommodation in a private house/cottage for 2-3 people in a room, good conditions. Cost of accommodation: 12 euro per day per person is deducted from the salary.

Free transportation from accommodation to the work and back is provided.

Salary: accord - depends of the loaded trucks.

Payment system: group of 8 people loads a truck with chickens. Usually it takes 40 - 50 minutes for 1 truck. Each worker from the group earns 8 euro net (first month) and 9 euro net (since second month) for every loaded truck. If the truck is loaded by the group of 7 people – each workers has +0,50 euro; by the group of 6 people – each workers has +1 euro added to the salary.

Polish medical certificate is required (we can help to procedure it).

Month salary usually amounts between 1300 – 1900 euro net depending of efficiency, abilities and will to work.

There is a system of fines for drinking alcohol in the accommodation and workplace or going to work in a state of alcoholic intoxication, violations of the regime (untimely undocumented absence from work), damage to the property of the company and objects at work or at the place of residence.

We do Polish work permit and help to apply for Polish TRC for free.
